The best part of the episode had Liz studying Jack's own tape on how to negotiate, then using it against him, only to have Jack get impatient during the negotiation and taking on both rules while arguing with himself in the mirror, leading to a Liz win. The other stuff was okay but I barely remember it.
If I had to rate this episode, and by law I do, I'd give it:
86 out of 100
If not for the Jack and Liz story line, this would have been mediocre at best. Go watch it.... chickenfuckers!
